Barry serves as an Editorial Board Member for the Cannabis Law Journal writing about cannabis and legal issues in the West Indies with a particular focus on Jamaica. He most recently served as General Counsel, for Cannaholdco, Inc. (“CHC”), while he currently serves a member of the CHC Board of Directors. CHC provides the global distribution of a cannabis and hemp industry product, manufactured by an independent entity, which product is alleged to be a “time-saving process for organic drying and curing solutions made from a proprietary blend of ingredients”.
White Lion represents cannabis industry cultivators, edible producers, dispensaries and other ancillary legal cannabis businesses. Barry previously served as General Counsel for a cannabis seed-to-sale tracking company involved with obtaining government contracts and commercial sector sales. The White Lion is engaged as a Strategic Partner with C.E. Hutton, LLC, .a minority-focused business development and management firm located in Denver, Colorado that offers an array of business tools and services to the cannabis or hemp industries.
Barry attended The Johns Hopkins University for his B.A.(1990) and Hofstra University Law School for his JD.(1993). He is admitted to the New York Bar (1994) and Florida Bar (1993), and the White Lion admitted to the United States Supreme Court (1997)
