a Special Jamaica 50th Award to Leonard Percival Howell for Outstanding Contribution in the Field of Culture.

Dawta Hodesh accepted this award on behalf of The Leonard P. Howell Foundation, the Howell Family the Howellites and the Rastafari Movement which he founded in 1932.
