The LP Howell Foundation and the Howell Family hereby notifies the Rastafari Family that the Jamaica National Heritage Trust has notified them of their intention to declare the uncontested lot 199 at Pinnacle, as National Heritage by June 16th 2013. This lot is the Pinnacle of Pinnacles and is the great house where the governor Sir John Peter Grant once resided.

This action by the Jamaica National Heritage Trust in no way impacts the claims of the sovereign Rastafari Nation to their lands at Pinnacle. What it means is that we must be more proactive in letting our voices be heard loud and clear and our actions militant in Ifence of our livity.

We are anticipating going into a public hearing in Jamaica at a date to be set by the Jamaica National Heritage Trust who have dragged their feet for far too long without cause; leaving our heritage at Pinnacle unprotected to the greedy developers who obtained Pinnacle lands without a dime.

Let us correct this historical injustice to the Icients of the Rastafari Movement from then to now.

Please share globally with the Rastafari Family
